Online Booking

When you book your appointments online, we will text or email you a confirmation message.

Online Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased online or in person at the salon. Gift certificates do not include gratuity.
 

Hatfield’s Hideaway

Welcome! Our new wine and beer garden is open out back here. You’ll enjoy wine by the glass or bottle, champagne, frosé, cold beer and gourmet coffee (at your salon appointment) or stop by after work. Meet the locals and catch some live music sometimes. You might even get us to tell you about our infamous family feud. Yes, it was a dispute over a dang pig!

Salon + Spa Policy

Brides, party and wedding planners are asked to be familiar with our policies when booking group appointments and parties.

Group Bookings

Group events are carefully staffed and prioritized to best serve our customers and help us stay organized and running efficiently.

Our cancellation policy applies to all groups, including formal and wedding appointments and spa parties.  

Communicating with us prior to your party is your responsibility, right up until the day of the event.

Please give us as much advance notice as possible when booking or making changes to your event styling appointments,, including the number of guests, special requests or other details that affect your pocketbook and our scheduling and staffing.

  • Deposit required. A credit card is required for booking any spa party or group appointment of three or more people. Three-week notice of cancellation is required for all group bookings.

  • Wedding hair and make-up appointments are non-refunable and must be prepaid with a credit card.

  • A non-refundable fee of $50.00 per person/per stylist holds your date and will be applied to any cancellation, alteration or change in services less than six weeks prior to the date of the booking.

Group Cancellations

  • In the event of cancellation, a $25.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. This applies to all last-minute cancellations, “no shows,” changes in plans, missed appointments, etc.  

Pricing

Please note that prices vary among stylists, based on length and condition and density. This also applies to waxing services. We will gladly give you a quote for services prior to your appointment.
