Appointment cancellations

If you must cancel, please give us as much advance notice as possible so we can rebook your time slot and reschedule you a new appointment.

Group Cancellation Policy

Please be familiar with our policies when booking a group or wedding appointment. We urge you to schedule well in advance.

When planning your group event, it is your responsibility keep in contact with us prior to the booking. We need to know of any change, such as number of guests or other details, that affect our scheduling and staffing and your pocketbook as well.

Our cancellation policies apply to all groups and parties, formal styling and wedding appointments. We schedule and prioritize group appointments six week in advance to best serve your needs and keep our staff organized. Effective communication prior to your party insures this. Six-weeks notice of cancellation is required for all groups. This allows us time to rebook the larger blocks of time that parties require.  In the event of cancellation, a $25.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. This applies to any last-minute cancellation, including “no shows,” changes in plans, missed appointments, etc.

Bridal party hair and make-up appointments are non-refundable and must be prepaid in full with a credit card.
A credit card deposit of $25 per person is required for booking any spa party or group appointment for three or more people. Again,  In the event of cancellation, the $25.00 per person deposit thus becomes a cancellation fee and will be charged to the credit card on file. This applies to any last-minute cancellation, including “no shows,” changes in plans, missed appointments, etc.
Your deposit of $25.00 per person/per service will be applied for any cancellation, alteration or change of services less than six weeks prior to the date of the booking.
Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted. We do not accept checks.

On-location styling. There is a 2-hour minimum for hair and makeup services performed at your wedding venue. The cost is $125.00 per hour, per stylist. A non-refundable deposit of $50 per stylist holds your date.

Salon + Spa Pricing: Our prices vary slightly among salon stylists and is based on hair length and condition. This also applies to waxing services. We will gladly give you a quote for services prior to your appointment.
